Covid Policy

We have been fully adhering to all infection control measures as laid down by our governing bodies and Public health England ever since we were able to re open in May 2020.

Behind the scenes, we are using the very best and sustainable range of sanitisers and cleaners to make sure that the whole clinic environment is virus-free. Carpets are steam cleaned once a week, treatment rooms aired at end of every session and cleaned and sanitised between very patient.

Treatment couches have now been covered with washable covers, pillows are now washable and both are wiped down with anti-viral spray after every treatment.

Patients are now asked to inform us ahead of their treatment if they are unwell and/or have tested positive for Covid.

We request that patients arrive as close to their appointment time as possible, to restrict the number of people in reception at any one time. On arrival, patients will be asked to hand sanitise or wash their hands.

Masks are now optional in the clinic although many practitioners are still wearing them as we do often have vulnerable patients attending.
