Tracey Garner
Tracey is a qualified Level 5 clinical reflexologist and registered member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR).
She practices Duopody, a method that works both feet simultaneously to bring balance, restore energy and promote wellbeing throughout the body.
Tracey’s treatment plans are based on each client’s unique needs and covers all life stages- from treating children, pregnancy and maternity, to menopause and palliative care. She also offers a specialist treatment called NEPIP which helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
Reflexology is a gentle and relaxing holistic treatment, and by taking a clinical health approach and incorporating the use of energy work Tracey is able to offer a wide range of skills within her treatments.
Tracey has always held an interest in holistic health and after experiencing the benefits of reflexology herself, she retrained and graduated from the Wye Academy of Reflexology.
Tracey has lived in Bradford on Avon for the past 20 years and cannot think of a better place to call home. She loves the community spirit of the town and the beautiful countryside. When she hasn’t got her hands on people’s feet, she likes to use her own - you’ll often find her on long local walks..
